Tom Dufour founded CRI Services in 1994, shortly after the Northridge Earthquake in California. This was a catastrophic event that affected millions of people changing their lives forever, including Mr. Dufour’s.

With his extensive background in construction and his compassion for helping people in need, it was a natural progression to Public Insurance Adjusting. The founder and employees of CRI Services take great pride in helping people with their insurance claims.
We believe that if a person insures his property against certain perils and that property suffers a loss, they are entitled to everything their insurance company promised to pay as outlined in the insurance policy. We believe that in every loss, there is a certain dollar amount of money that is owed per the terms of the policy. Our goal is to get the insured every dollar of what is owed – no more and no less.
